  • The party deposit is $50 must be paid at least 14 days before the party and the balance must be paid before the end of the party. Parties cancelled over 14 days prior to the party date will have their deposit available for transfer to another date or for use on future admission. Cancellations made 7 to 14 days prior to the party date will have 50% of their deposit transferable. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to party date will forfeit their deposit.

  • You should arrive no earlier than 20 minutes prior to the start of the party

  • Children who are unwell during their visit will be kindly asked to leave the premises for risk of infection to other patrons. Sorry no exceptions will be made when children are unwell as our company reputation for hygiene and safety is paramount.
